Good features, a few kinks

I signed up for Katana's Manufacturing ERP after trying out the 14-day free trial. The production planning and real-time inventory tracking features were a huge step up for my small business, making it much easier to see where everything stood. Setting up the Bill of Materials Management was pretty straightforward too. However, I found the initial integration with QuickBooks Online a bit clunky; it took a few tries to get all the data synced properly. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, helping me sort it out. Overall, it's good value for the price, but there's still room for some UI improvements.

Consistent performance, good upgrade

This latest purchase was an upgrade to include the Mobile Shop Floor App. I've found their platform to be consistently reliable. Every order or plan change has been handled efficiently. What keeps me coming back is how steadily they improve the product without disrupting our existing workflows too much. The new mobile app works great and has improved our team's efficiency on the floor, just as I'd hoped. It's comforting to know what to expect and that it usually exceeds those expectations.

Smooth integration, solid support

We primarily use it for Cloud Inventory Management Software and Production Planning. Ordering was just a matter of signing up for a plan, and setting up the Multi-channel Inventory Sync with our Shopify store went smoother than expected; it was fully operational within a day. I had a question about batch tracking, and the support team responded to my email within a couple of hours with a clear explanation and a link to a helpful knowledge base article. Quality of the platform seems high, it's stable and performs as advertised. It really helps us keep tabs on our raw materials. The overall usability is intuitive enough that most of my team picked it up quickly. Definitely helps clarify our workflow.
